Structure & Scope

VG INNFRA assumes full responsibility across Planning → Execution → Financial Control → Sales.

Client Role

Provides land and project funding; participates in key approvals.

Commercial Structure

5% of Gross Development Value (GDV). Split as 2% for Development/Execution Management and 3% for Sales/Revenue Management.

Designed for small/mid-scale developers and landowners (₹5–50 Cr projects). Results in higher realisations (₹/sqft), faster absorption, and financial transparency.

Joint Development Model (JDM)

Strategic Land Partnership Model. Landowners and VG INNFRA co-develop projects and share the full upside of value creation.

Structure & Scope

VG INNFRA leads complete development (planning, regulatory, execution, sales) and invests in construction/sales management.

Landowner Role

Contributes land as equity. Participates in strategic decisions. Shares in project outcomes. Note: No refundable or non-refundable advances are provided for entering the JDM.

Commercial Structure

Revenue share, area share, or profit share based on a structured agreement.

Guided Development Model (GDM)

3 Phases: Opportunity Identification (sourcing/feasibility) → Acquisition Support (structuring) → Development Partnership (joint execution). VG INNFRA invests in construction/sales.
