The practice works across Dehradun, Greater Noida, Jaipur and Ghaziabad. It is RERA registered and carries institutional exposure through HDFC Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank and SWAMIH — projects financed, delivered, handed over and closed out.
Who we work with is deliberately narrow: strategic landowners, HNI and NRI investors, family offices and boutique funds. Partnerships are selective, because the capital and the attention that make a development worth doing cannot be spread across everything.

VG INNFRA is a brand-first development platform for premium and ultra-luxury residential assets, structured as a co-investment rather than a contract. The land stays one hundred per cent in your name or your SPV — no transfer and no dilution — under a registered joint development agreement and power of attorney.
We put our own capital in alongside yours, across design and planning, construction execution, and branding and marketing. Premium positioning is what drives sales velocity and per-square-foot realisation, so our fee is performance-linked and the interests stay aligned to the end of the project.
